ONLINE RETURNS

We hope you love everything you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days to request a return from the day of shipping and 7 days(UK) / 14 days(INTERNATIONAL) to get your item(s) back to us. 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@voyeurvoyeur.uk . 

If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package will be shared. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All markdown sales are final and we do not offer exchange or refunds. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Conditions (all regions):

  • Items must be returned unworn & unused, in original packaging, and with all tags and ribbons attached.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Free of makeup, residue, washing fabric scents, perfumes etc. 
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

We refuse the right to accept any returns that are believed to be made maliciously, fraudulently or to cause loss, damages or copyrights to Voyeur Voyeur. In the event of continuous returns are made, refusal of returns will be considered. Original shipping fee is always non refundable. Returns sent back to us without a request will strictly be rejected and sent back to you. 

 

IN-STORE RETURNS 

We take pride in offering luxury products of the highest quality. As such, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

However, if an item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, we will offer a repair, exchange, or refund in line with UK Consumer Rights law. 

All markdown sales are final and we do not offer exchange or refunds.
